AO: This is a digitized copy of the signature page of the informed consent that was reviewed by participants of group discussion # 191121_001 and signed after the interview. I exerted my researcher's perogative in deciding to anonymize all participants despite some participants written desires to be named due to the fact that this group, unlike the other group discussion I facilitated, was organized and recruited from the participant pool of one specific research organization. Thus, together with the representatives who were present from the research organization itself, I determined that we would keep all participants anonymous in any resulting data materials produced so as to ensure that their potential future engagements with the research organization would not be affected by their participation in my project.
